Moxibustion

__Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy using moxa made from dried mugwort. It plays an important role in the traditional medical systems of China (including Tibet), Japan, Korea, Vietnam, and Mongolia. Suppliers usually age the mugwort and grind it up to a fluff; practitioners burn the fluff or process it further into a cigar-shaped stick. They can applied directly or indirectly (we only use indirectly) on the skin, in order to warm regions and acupuncture points. This combination of heat and herb stimulates circulation, encourages a smoother flow of blood and Qi, and protects against cold and dampness. Moxibustion can help enhance the body’s natural healing with or without needles, help anti-aging and can be used for treating the following:
